Lifetime Elite in Multiple Programs?

Anyone have lifetime elite status in multiple programs that are based on flying only (sorry, AA Lifetimes excluded here because of non-flying lifetime status ability).

I'll go first...

United (1 million*/Lifetime Premier Exec)
Air France/KLM (10 yrs consecutive Platinum/Lifetime PLatinum)

* I earned a lot of UA miles when they offered 750 miles minimum AND included elite bonuses toward status. And I used Pass Plus for 4 years (buy a mileage bank, so I would do super short hop flights like CLE-ORD-GRB anf have like 450 miles deducted from my mileage balance and earn 3000 status miles...those were the days!!

Well, that's not a simple question if you want to exclude AA because other points count. For some time (I'm thinking through sometime in the 90's) points such as AmEx also counted on DL for MMQM and therefore lifetime status.

And of course, if you really mean "flying only", should that include elite bonuses as well as a minimum number of miles for a short flight?

Many people could easily have earned lifetime AA just with BIS miles. Certainly easier to do with their "any mile" ability.

Considering you are US based, may I ask what in particular made you earn with AF?

My recollection is that United MM only included BIS miles for United, United Express, Ted and United Shuttle only. If there was a flight minimum at the time it was included at that amount (i.e. 500 or 750 miles). I never recall including any other carriers or elite bonus towards the MM total.
