MY Coupon Clippers CLub is still on the lookout for these certificates. I asked this frozen food stocker with the big gut about the Healthy CHoice certificates and this "worldly" man said "I Don't even have no idea what Frequent Flyer miles are?"
If I get extras I will post here and if anyone needs them I will get them out to you.
Because I'm not taking advantage of THIS offer. OMNI: To me the few Healthy Choice products I tried (soup, popcorn, Pizza) were tasteless. SORRY!

Big time thanks Counsellor for all your time and trouble getting that certificate out to me. I haven't seen any in my part of Michigan yet.
Has anyone eaten anthing from Healthy Choice that they really like? What are recommendations?

The chocolate chocalte chip ice -cream was delicious and only 2g of fat!!
My local supermarket also had it on special. 64oz. for $3.39.
The lasagna is also quite edible and fills a gap. The Ham is also tasty but not much else
for even the most un-discerning of pallettes.

As I understand it (and as mentioned earlier in the thread), apparently the "grand unveiling" of the promotion is scheduled for this coming weekend. Check out the Sunday Supplements, and the supermarkets on Monday and Tuesday, and some of the certificates should be there.
If not, e-mail me after Tuesday. I still have a (very) few left and will try to help you out as long as the supply lasts.

With much investigation, I finally got to a phone number (#1-800-323-9980) at Healthy Choice Customer Service that seemed to have some answers to the DOUBLE Coupon question. This is a special REGIONAL promotion, good to May 31, 1999 - I could not get to first base in obtaining the information about which regions? - however, I did ask if the ORIGINAL coupon (that Counsellor sent me) could be copied - and so used. I was promised an answer in writing A.S.A.P. Meanwhile, there is nothing on the ORIGINAL coupon prohibiting a COPY being used. Nothing yet in my area(Southeast Florida) about this promotion. I will post as soon as I get the "Skinny" about a copy being OK to use. Meanwhile, perhaps someone can find out which REGIONS have this DOUBLE coupon.

They may be planning to distribute it only in certain areas, but the certificate itself does not limit itself only to certain regions (unless the US is a "region"). It says, "Good only in USA and APO, FPO Addresses." (However it does also say at another place on the form, "Additional restrictions may apply.")
Well, if the "grand announcement" does indeed come this weekend, we'll soon know, I guess.

I got the Sunday coupon section of my paper today and it only had the mail-in certificate for the 500 FF miles offer. The certificate reads that you need a dated register receipt. Anybody know if receipts prior to April 1st are OK to use? My husband likes these meals and I've been buying them for a while.

Hello from the nice TWA Lounge at IAD airport!!!
URGENT BULLETIN: The certificate I have in my sunday coupon sections says you earn a 500 mile certificate for EACH SET OF 10 PROOFS OF PURCHASE YOU SEND IT. MUST INCLUDE CASH REGISTER RECEIPTS!!! THE EXPIRATION DATE IS 12-31-1999 (My birthday for those who want to know!
SO: I have in my possession AT LEAST THREE OF THESE CERTIFICATES (I purchased one NY Times and people left two others coupon sectoins around the EWR terminal.)
SO if you want this certificate all you have to do is: SEND ME AN E=MAIL WITH YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS AND I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND THE CERTIFICATE TO YOU!!
AS AN ADDED BONUS: THERE ARE HEALTHY CHOICE COUPONS WITH THE ADS. YOU CAN HAVE THEM TOO!
AGAIN: First three e-mails to my address get the certificates (THEY"LL BE IN THE MAIL as soon as I get back.)
I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FOR THIS!!! REALLY! I RATHER THESE CERTIFICATES AND COUPONS GET USED RATHER THAN END UP IN THE GARBAGE.
If my Coupon CLippers Club gets any more certificates they are not using I will post again and offer more certificates.
OMNI: AGAIN I tried a Healthy Choice product. The ice cream. Sorry but not enough taste for me. Give Me Ben & Jerry's or the greatest ice cream: Blue Bell!

Intersting thing about this certificate is the LIMITS on number of certificates you can order:
Delta: 100
UNited: 40
U-S Air: 100
It says American and Northwest and TWA do NOT have certificate limits.
So according to the rules you can earn as much as 50K miles.
ONe complaint though: the procedure is you mail the proofs of purchase to H-C, they mail you the certificate than YOU HAVE TO MAIL IT TO THE AIRLINE. TOO cumbersome for me. Why not give H-C your frequent flyer #, send in the proofs AUTOMATICALLY credit the miles.
Also: certificates can be lost in the mail and if you get them too late they're expired.
OMNI: These folks in teh TWA AMbassadors club are looking at me funny because I'm sitting here ripping coupons out of the sunday circulars. HEY! Like MIles I saw "SHOW ME THE COUPONS!!!" (Esp with double coupons at my Shop Rite!)

Central Ohio newspaper coupon is for 500 Miles also. Healthy Choice web page lets
one print one with name and address provided
by user. The only difference I noticed on
the two coupons is the newspaper one has a Dept. A in its mailing address and the web site has a Dept. E.
The paper also had some nice coupons. By the
way, Kroger came through with their 50% off
sale today too! So, a frozen "meal" is $1.89,
less any "cents" off coupons.
I just sent a request in for 500 miles today.
Will be curious how long the "round trip" takes for actual posting of miles to account.

The coupon section in my newspaper (Salt Lake City) also had only the 500 mile offer, plus several coupons for cents off. Went shopping and struck GOLD! Maybe this area is targeted, because everywhere I went in the store there were "DOUBLE YOUR MILES" certificates. I received one of these in the mail earlier from Counsellor, now I have lots for the asking. Get one of these before you redeem for only 500 miles. Just as well get 1000 miles for every ten UPC's. E-mail me an address and I'll be happy to send you one. I need to give back to all of you for all the help and info I have got from you. But same date is on these. Offer good only until 5/31/99. Hurry if you want one.
Just sent off my first DOUBLE MILES cert. Hope to get 3000 Miles for eating. Not bad.
One question now. Has anyone noticed under the address line(the fine print) it says Quote, "Requests from P.O.Box Addresses will not be honored or returned".
WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN? If I have a PO Box for an address, does my stuff go in the trash or what? I hope not. I have never seen this or anything like it. Any ideas what they are trying to say or prevent?
Thanks All

Henwood - Great find, and thanks for offering to send to others. My supply was getting really low.
As to the "no P.O. Boxes" wording, this is becoming more common now on mail-in rebate offers, since some unscrupulous people would rent numerous P.O. boxes and send in repeatedly for offers (slightly changing their names each time). For that reason, many offers now require a street/office address or the refund/rebate won't be sent.
However, it makes little sense to invoke that rule on this promotion, since there is no limit to the number of times you can send in (at least, none stated on the certificate).
Anyway, just use your regular street or apartment or office address and you should have no problems.
Catman - you can get much more than 50K miles if you send to AA, NW, or TWA, and eat enough HC. That's probably the limiting factor.
As to the 500 mile certificates rather than the miles being automatically credited, I can see two advantages. (1) If you can postpone sending in the certificates, you can extend the miles (if you're dealing with an airline that expires miles), and (2) If the certificates turn out to be transferable, they can be gifted to someone else to fill out needed miles.
We'll have to see how it turns out.
(Oh, and for those of you whose Sunday Supplement didn't have a double certificate, don't despair - some supermarkets are tardy and may not post pads until the work week employees come in, so I'd check back again on Monday and Tuesday before deciding that you're in the "wrong" region.)
