M Life points seem to no longer be posting. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

One could only earns max of 7500 points every 3 months.

I'm surprised no one mentioned this. Virgin America did a very short TopGuest promo this month. Double points for check-ins on August 8, with a contest to award elite status to someone who checked in.

Going forward, their elite members will continue to earn double on TopGuest checkins.

Guess it gives us hope that something will survive in the future...

hi all.
I used this once last year to see what it was. have not used it since.

So, I went to the site, typed in the location finder, and checked the hotel from the list at the bottom, and then the popup at the top came on and I put
'share the location'.

Is this correct to get this to work for the 50 points?
It will post if you are actually at this location listed, correct?

Recently, I've found I do get the email and points post for PC - I usually check in once or twice a week depending on if I'm traveling or in London. HHonors points have not done so in a while now.

I got PC points that posted on 8/28 but none yesterday or today. It seems sporadic to me so I don't count on them posting every day that I use it. I did get the TG emails.

no problems getting priority club points. email comes within seconds of a check in. Latest one was about an hr ago.

My account was suspended also without being notified. Been doing two check ins a day and when they added the virgin America promo I did that also and then they suspended my account.

Yes, I am experiencing the exact same thing with PC and Hilton.

YES I have received about 25 credit notifications without anything extra showing up in my account(s). Scratching my head but then I saw your posting.
