Check ins were not recorded in the TopGuest account this morning, no email notifications, no points.

Did you check prior posts to this thread and to find solutions such as re-submit your # or call topguest to see if there is a problem?

Or maybe you are checking in more 1 once in 24hrs...it could be numerous reasons..but reading the thread may illuminate you to the solution to your problem.

I am not new to topguest. The check ins were more than 24 hours. I am well aware of what you mentioned regarding re-saving account number and contacting topguest for points not credited to accounts. Usually when that happens, I could see my check in records on topguest and I also receive emails -- no such things this morning. Same thing happened to another friend who traveled with me.

I just need a confirmation of a successful check in with points from someone, then I will try again and see if it works for me.

My normal daily Holiday Inn check in did not get recorded yesterday either. No email from topguest and no record in the topguest log, even though foursquare shows the check in. I hope that it isnt all over. Never had a problem until yesterday. Its not the "stuck" points because they are not showing on topguest whereas when they were stuck once on hampton inns they still showed on topquest website.

Mine worked fine yesterday (DT) but didn't work today (PC)

Thank you Thank You. I felt so 20th Century and the only person who did not grasp the underlying needs or business model. Now I feel much better and 20 years younger.

Btw, I did enough miles to reach a critical account threshold without flying.

I can confirm that points for Holiday Inn and DT posted for my fiancee's account at approximately 0530 EST this morning. However, when I checked in on my account (less than a minute later) nothing was recorded in my account. If anyone figures out what the issue is please post.

My check ins for both a doubletree and intercontinental today did not record.

I just got the confirmation email for one Holiday Inn check-in (hours later) but my family member hasn't gotten their email yet.

My checkins for a HI Express and DT this morning both posted to TG. Both done with 4sq.

Got the email for my check-in about an hour later.

Didn't get my points yesterday but it is fine today. :)
