Flexpoints for adding employees
Only for Flexperks Business Visa
2500 Flexpoints/employee for adding authorized employees to your account. There is no annual fee for the employee card and there is no mention of any cap.
You have to fill out an application form and fax it, which is available in your statement inserts on the US Bank website.
I can't figure out an easy way to link the application form here so if you want a copy of the form I can email it to you.
