By the way, the bonus for taking the Virgin Atlantic card is currently 20,000 miles plus 2500 each for up to 2 additional signers. They only ask for two names, no other info, and the cards are sent to you so you can just shred them when you get them. There is no requirement that anyone else make a purchase to get the additional 5,000 miles.

If your annual spending is under $15,000 miles you may not be able to justify paying the annual fee for a credit card from any airline that flies internationally. Through Continental OnePass you can open a checking account at Chase with debit card and get 25,000 bonus OnePass Miles. You can pay $65 a year to get one mile per dollar spent or $25 a year for 1/2 mile per dollar spent. If you happen to have a business, open two accounts and get 50,000 bonus miles.

Wow, that's pretty good. Too bad I can't really take advantage of that.
