Don't underestimate please my abilities to limit you shopping times severly by our different events.
PremEx made me responsible for our ff-events!
And, when I think back to our last visit, I can only remember to have seen (guided by Gisela) Louis Vuitton, Montblanc, Ghucci or Rolex shops with prices in average "only" about 33% higher than in France, Germany, Italy or Switzerland. But our japanes friends did buy like crazy. So we better put a limit to our accompanying partner's credit-cards ...
Were there any american or even hawaiian goods? Were there any? ... O yes, I forgot, there were some McDonalds there ....

You won't be riding on UA #57, the coveted PiP Express but here are two more ways of getting to Hawaii:
1) Save Points...
You can transfer 35,000 Diners Reward points from Diners Club for a RT on Hawaiian Airlines, a reward that usually requires 70K points. Note that Hawaiian only has West coast departures.
2. Travel in Style...
If you have the GM (credit) Card, you should have received certificate for buy one first class ticket get a free first class companion ticket offer. Current price is $1700.
