Delta 100% bonus miles
Hi guys, 1 or 2 yrs back one of my friend bought skymiles and Delta matched it 100% so people basically got double miles. Is there any deal like that going on now on Delta, Continental or any other airline which travels from US to New Delhi? Thanks in Advance.

I thought you were announcing a promo!Right now, there is a bonus of 50% on miles transferred between SM accounts until the end of January. At 1 cpm on the base miles to transfer, with the bonus factored in, you're essentially getting a free transfer and buying miles at 2 cpm because of the bonus. If you use your DL AMEX credit card, you get 2 miles per dollar spent on the transfer fees.

Before trying to switch anything to DL SM, maybe you ought to read the DL board about the increasing difficulties of redemption at that airline.
I wish I could find a legal way to ditch the DL miles I have left for CO, AA, or even UA miles 2 SM to one of those. And if I could do it for BMI miles, I would gladly give 5 DL miles per 1 BMI mile.
