What's the penetration ratio of different FF programs?

What's the penetration ratio of different FF programs?
That is what percentage of miles flown on an airline are captured/registered on its FF program and this for various ones? Who are the toppers in this classification? Any ideas?

Take it easy guys, I was just wondering whether mile crunchers like us are a minority in the population or not. I am still astonished by meeting people in business class who tell me that they never cared or understood the FF programs and are not that much interested.
