Buy $20gc for $4.99 with the trialplay promo, and then order stuff with that gift card. Rinse and repeat to get miles for about 70 miles per spent dollar.
Search for the promo on FW and SD.
Note: You can get the same miles on any other carrier - UA, DL - just search for em...

I assume the original poster was talking about this site: http://www.trialpay.com/ada/, where a bundle of items that included the flowers was offered for $9.99. A promo code ADAPROMO could reduce that in half to $4.99.
However, at this point the flowers have been removed and the promo code is dead. Too bad. That was a really cool find as originally offered. Now it might still be a good deal if you happen to want the other offerings like Snapfish, etc...
