Advice on OnePass, AAdvantage, or another when originating at BDL

I have been accruing Amex reward points for some time, which i just transferred to Onepass miles and book 2 roundtrip tickets from BDL (my nearest airport) to EZE. I also have an AAdvantage account, with little use.

I have a citi aadvantage card, and am considering, now that i've used my amex points on the onepass trip after converting, whether to continue accruing amex points, or to accrue on aadvantage. aadvantage has great flights from BOS and JFK, the next 2 nearest airports to me, but flying out of BDL is much more convenient, although they don't have as many nonstops.

based on wanting to fly out of BDL when possible, should i focus on onepass miles, aadvantage, or another airline altogether?
