I have been searching and searching for quite awhile, and now want to take advantage of the DEQM offer with my first MR. Looking for input, comments, suggestions from the experts.

Pretty sure all the routing rules are OK, but not 100% on that part of MRs yet. After searching/trolling the boards, I tried to do the right thing and put this into Expedia to check out the rules, but I dont think thats the right move.

(not sure if this type of thing this should really be in the MR deals or not...)

ORD-SFO is a better deal than ORD-SEA, with most same day turnaround on the widebody it is $219, some days even have a $209 ORD-LAX-SFO with over 2200 EQM one way.

Are you saying in general there are the $209 deals? Ive been playing with ITA for a bit and can not seem to put together what you described before June 17. Any advice or more details you can share?

In general, no, it is $219, mon-thur same day turnaround, can be both flights on widebody as well. During the past week I just play around with the flexible dates on united.com, somehow on certain days pop up ORD-LAX-SFO for $209, the day after routing and fare gone.

Also a same day MR can turn into a two day MR as well especially out of SFO, I can add on another SFO-JFK or SFO-TPA for another $219 with over 5000 EQM rt.

I have now a 2 day MR in May 5-6 for ORD-SFO-JFK-LAX-SFO-ORD for $400, after DEQM would earn me 18406 mile. Looking for a second one of this as well. Two of these iternaries would equal for someone do a MR for ORD-SFO-SYD and back, although it is $50 more expensive, at least I don't need to suffer 14 hours in Y and back.
