DUS Turnaround

I have a DUS turnaround this weekend (3 Hours), will I need to clear customs?

TIA

Depending a bit on the airlines, but if you arrive from a non-Schengen place you probably must not clear customs.

A bit more of a problem might be to find a transfer desk for issueing a new boarding pass. The Star Alliance concourse has transfer desk but I am not that familiar with the other concourse.

But a three hour turnaround might be without much problem, even if you have to clear customs.

Urgent!

If anyone's online in before 9pm Eastern, due to equipment problems I will now only have 1:45 to turnaround. I'll be arriving on the DTW-DUS direct flight at 11:30 and returning via AMS at 1:15.

Anyone know if there is a transfer desk and if I'll need to clear customs?

Thanks!
C.

No transfer desk - only in the Star Alliance concourse.

Yes - you have to clear immigration and customs anyway, as your next flight to AMS will be an intra-schengen flight = domestic flight. DUS is not very busy on sunday mornings - 1:45 should be more than enough.

Thanks!

Hey everyone,

Thanks for the links (and going easy on me for not doing an obvious "search" first).

DUS is a very easy airport, fairly manageable to navigate. When I flew DTW-DUS with only a carry on I was in the concourse 15 minutes after the doors opened.
