I believe, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, that you can cancel and keep the credit to use on other flights, per Delta's most up-to-date rules.

FYI - I was looking at Amex Travel, and it looks like AA matched the JFK-GRU direct on 777-ER (still lie flat business),

Flights for 6, $2,714 total RT.

I wonder do those rules still apply if booking through an OTA? I can only seem to find the fare via Priceline and not Orbitz or Delta.com.

I've booked 2 trips on this fare directly with DL in last 20 mins. Lots of availability in April both non stop on 764 and 332 via Atlanta, all on DL.com. Use ITA Matrix to find what you want.

ITA Matrix just started showing the AA fares in last few minutes, so they have matched.

This has to be a mistake fare though. The issue is there is no surcharge on this ticket.

Booked one for March. May be crazy... but it also looks like no change fee for one year as long as able to find the fare class (which may not be possible). 24 hour cancelation, allows me a day to re-think this...
boggs likes this.

Yes! I wonder if there is a way to book it on AA that would earn hefty EQDs (like w BA codeshare? or does that not matter)?

I also booked one flight JFK-BOG-GRU with the second segment in Z on Latam...that should hopefully bring in some extra MQD on DL, right? Im not sure I understand DL's MQD process with Latam yet. It's a 006 ticket, but with Latam flight code on that segment.

So if AA is in on this...is this not looking like a mistake fare?

THANK YOU!

Went to AMEX and booked 1. Then booked 2 right at AA.

FYI - Delta still widely available at Amex Travel for ~$420.
