I am pretty certain Sabre will not price the fare, but have had luck getting it through Amadeus.

So I guess in your case the tag would be JFK-SIN-FRA then. As long as they stick with the order then it may work.
But doing JFK-FRA-SIN-FRA in one ride seems a lot of time on the airplane to spend in a row.

SQ's website appearance seems to have been slightly updated since Monday when I last checked to see if the fare was still available. It was but I just needed to wait until Friday for both my new card to arrive (minimum spend) and for the days I needed in April to become available for booking... The website isn't even allowing me to search for my JFK-SIN-FRA return itinerary now and gives me an error message! Oh well.

Still get it on SQ website. NOT to FRA but ZRH (MXP, BCN as well). All slightly higher - but fare is still there.
It seems to me that SQ has blocked SQ 25/26 on the FRA-SIN-FRA legs as you always need to connect to 325/326, no short connection possible. Gives you more miles though

EDIT: $2,744 to ZRH using this search. That's pretty amazing.
