Curious if anyone has located actual fare/change rules?
As I booked in a hurry, I did SFO-BKK return, with connections of course in HKG.
I would like to change one of the HKG connections into a stop-over. Is that permitted?
I wouldn't mind paying $250 for that if necessary.

Got my seats using the chat feature just now. There were only 13 people in line ahead of me and took about 5 mins to accomplish.

Same here except there was no wait. I'm hoping changes can be made, but if not, am happy get on this deal.

Congratulations to everyone that got in!

I ended up cancelling my 2 pax SFO-DPS/BKK-SFO ticket over Thanksgiving since I already had an upgraded UA Polaris flight booked.

In the end the HX flight only came in about $800 cheaper for 2 pax and without [meaningful] miles, it was a tough sell to keep the HX flights over UA. I'll probably regret not flying this later, but I look forward to seeing all the trip reports!

Mistake or genius marketing; I'm still torn. Talk about brand-awareness if all they did was unload what were normally 'saver biz' seats.

I compiled a list of all the HX on board products for anyone curious. Did you know they had planes with the same seats that Hawaiian Airlines uses?

You should be able to do this AFTER flying the outbound. If you change the outbound, the entire ticket will reprice with the current prices.
