Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe these are Google Flights mapping errors, and unfortunately cannot be booked. Thanks though OP, worth mentioning always.

I've tried to replicate these on the Hainan website and it errors on return & multi-city searches. In view of the well known history of fare mapping errors with google flights & Hainan (Google thinks some economy fare classes are business/first) then I would adopt a caveat emptor approach until someone can post proof of a confirmed business itinerary booked with Hainan direct as they would be pretty grim trips in Y!
Edit: The Xi An flights do indeed appear to be bookable on Hainan website in J. Good find OP!
