May I also suggest to anyone that tries to book these:

Go through an OTA!

JetBlue's site never can handle the volume and will glitch out on you during selections causing you to miss the chance.

I use Momondo and then select an OTA from there

Managed to snag FLL-LAX for $64 but never experienced so many glitches booking. Used the App to complete purchase but was nearly as glitchy as AirAsia during a $0 airfare sale!

I didn't watch from beginning to end but it seems like it lasted 60-90 minutes or maybe a bit more.

It lasted a couple hours actually, probably reached critical mass at about two hours in and started crashing and throwing errors.

Deal became live at about 10:50a EST (according to TFD). Died officially around 2:30p.

Site started to go down at about 12noon once it hit all of the other blogs and forums.

However after the deal was dead, many people were able to still get it booked and honored via Customer Service.
