Updated with the latest and greatest, including info on the Z fare. Awaiting Chase' "executive research" team to call me back, whomever they are. I care, has nothing to do with web traffic as I am a small part timer my friend.

Perhaps, but is it not worth trying? Perhaps some UR for my trouble as they have done in the past.

On my Z ticket I can see

Your itinerary entitles you to book two one-way transfers at any destination outside Abu Dhabi. However if your journey begins, ends or includes a stopover in Abu Dhabi, then you are also entitled to free transfers within the UAE.
BTW I didn't figure out the OTA yet

Yeah....you're right....it seems I'm still eligible 'cause of the ticket was issued before Nov 7th

To which ota do you refer on this thread?

Maybe, check the updated post which includes the fare rules and does not list Z as being eligible for limo.

I haven't made mention of an OTA in this thread.

Chase Ultimate Rewards. Its a credit card point scheme. I don't think you can use the OTA unless you have a Chase CC. It should work on Orbitz.

still no call back from Chase "executive research". I reached out to Chase Support on twitter and they promised an answer tomorrow
