1st timer needs help
have 30k miles with SkyTeam
need 20k more
Orlando based but can fly TPA
Don't care where I go
Avail dates anytime Jan 2013
Would like to stay under 7cents/mile

If you mileage run in January, it won't help this year's status.

Which program are you in? Delta, or another? Delta gives you status privileges through Feb from the prior year, but your qualification is based on the calendar year Jan-Dec.
