Tips for the MR itself
So this week I have my first MR. I managed a flight IAH to ORD to MCO for work. Then have a MCO to ORD to SFO to LAS with return the next day.
Looking for hints and help. 2 hour layovers at ORD and SFO. I have United Club so will hang out there.
Any advise on be careful of, take with me, see, do?

I like to walk the airport and familiarize myself with the terminals. Even if I have been there before I do it to stretch my legs and to people watch. I have club access also, but on a MR after multiple F legs and club visits I have had enough of the drinks and such.
I would not get on an airplane without my Bose headphones and Ipod.
Have a pre-determined idea of a recovery plan should one of your flights be delayed and your run gets mucked up.

I had an EQSR this past Saturday, and another this Saturday. I stood/ walked every minute I was on the ground. Tired legs will want to sit, and a flat butt will want to stand - it evens you (me) out. I also suggest drinking a lot of water.
Good luck!

Check out alternative flight options in case of irregular ops and/or bump opportunities. Have a look at fare bucket inventory to see if your flights are likely to be full as well as the inventories of other potential flights. And, of course, don't check any luggage or you'll lose your flexibility.
