Delta Minimum Miles for Segment

Delta Minimum Miles for Segment
I need 3 segments to retain Silver, have given up on going for GOLD this year, I see a few trips from IAH but some are under 500 miles, recall reading somewhere anythign below 500 doesnt count as segment, is this true?
I collect FLYING BLUE thru Delta

u get segments even for flights under 500 miles. I got segments credited for my dtw-mdw, which isn't close to 500 miles

there are some differences between carriers....for example, ua elites, which would get 500 mi min, do not get it on partner usair....

you may want look further to confirm/refute what you heard....

I plan to fly on Delta for Flying Blue accrural, dont see anything on the FB site talkign about this, I have got segments before but not sure about 300 mile segment for isntance

All revenue tickets on Delta and Delta Connection flights earn one Flying Blue segment, regardless of fare or distance.

Delta Segments
Its does not make a diff how many miles you fly, you will aways get one segment.
