Segments - Help!

I know I posted about this a couple of months ago. At the time, I got good advice about not killing myself with MRs if I wasn't going to travel as often anyway. Soooooo, now I started a new job - last Monday to be exact. It looks like I am going to be traveling A LOT and would desperately like to retain my EXECPLAT status so that it's a bit more comfortable. I currently need about 50k miles (stupid other job!), 42k points or about 50 segments. I would like to do this with as little pain as possible and am willing to spend some money if it will cut down on hours. The wonderful AAngels in the AC looked at this and the best they could figure was about 6 segments in one day. Thought I would double check with the genius MRunners here before I booked 10 days of travel like that. Help?

Thanks Clacko! I start in BNA if that helps.

Also, would an around the world ticket in first or biz do the trick if I'm going for points?
