Might try to get stop over in ICN for a couple days.

A bit OT, but this is the first Time dealing with a possible mistake fare, if they do not honor it does the airline give any voucher or something of good will

Also much thanks to OP, this has been a dream spot for me.

I have it at $660 right during x-mas holidays. A bit more, but kids have too few vacation days.

Now, does Expedia allow (fee free) cancellations? I could not find any info on this?

Never mind, I see it under fare rules: $150 to cancel, $100 for reissue. But I'm still not sure if Expedia gives 24h like Orbitz does?

I would guess they don't process the charge (a hold on the card but no charge until tkt issue)...

I am waiting for the "rate desk" at my travel agent to confirm and book - so have not received a confirmation yet...

If they aren't going to honor it that happens generally fairly quickly.

My Expedia confirmation said: "E-Ticket purchase has been confirmed by the airline." Don't know if this really means anything.

Also received a ticket number and KE confirmation code. Does that make it good?

Yes, I can view my reservation on the Korean Airlines website. Guess that's a good sign.

Also available from WAS.

Stopover at ICN prices on ITA for $602 ai. (Looks like the $100 standby charge is also discounted 75%). Haven't tried to book.
