MR: Transition at EBB
Anyone know if you can do an MR at EBB? I'm looking at coming in on the BA flight that arrives at 10:10 pm and then getting right back on the same plane to leave at 12:35 am the "next day" (i.e., 2:25 later). Am I able to be a transiting passenger in Uganda such that I don't have to get a visa, and wouldn't be held up to make the return flight?
