This was out there for at least a week or more as I have been checking periodically for a trip in February. The problem is that nobody really offers what I want (OAK-DCA inbound, IAD-OAK return) - B6 is the closest with OAK-IAD-OAK nonstops but also the highest price. UA hasn't matched sub-$200 RT on its SFO-IAD nonstops but is sub-$300 (and has even lower fares to BWI). US was also providing competitive fares to BWI via PHX. The DL and AA fares have consistently been the lowest but also require somewhat inconvenient connections via JFK, ATL or DFW. Decisions, decisions!
Note: Forgot to mention that the great thing about these fares is no apparent saturday stay requirement.

on what airline? AA doesn't fly BWI-PHL or PHL-SFO. And you must be overnighting as AA's only nonstop from SEA to JFK gets into JFK before the only AE flight to bWI departs.
