Looks like it isn't available after Feb 29. If I do March 1-March 15, I get a high fare. If I do Feb 29-March 15, this cheap fare.

it's not coming up for anything in the dec 25-30 range for departure... not part of the blackout dates for the fare - either from SFO, LAX, or SEA. any luck elsewhere?

It also works from DCA or IAD at $634.20 on Delta.com ...... so tempting.... I missed the one for $535 earlier.... should I pull the trigger? 24 hrs. to cancel without penalty, right?

My 2c-book if you can cancel w/o penalty. No use sitting there sweating at 2am foggily thinking "should I, shouldn't I?" and then missing out. If UA will give us a little something from SAN...or SEA,ORD,SFO, etc. for you other folks that are watching and hoping like me...I'm in.

UA isnt gonna match from their own hubs, gang... not how the game is played...from ATL, CVG and SLC, sure!... but not DEN or ORD! Risk is low and its really all about sending a message to the other carrier...
