$199 + $120 surcharges - DFW-TYO/OSA UA ~$400 all in - 4Day Min Stay

United filed a bunch of $199 fares from DFW to Tokyo and Osaka this afternoon and tonight.

There are 3 fares - one for Saturday travel, one for Friday/Sunday, one for Mon-Thurs. All seem to have the same rules.

Fare Class: TXPRO7/TWPRO7/TSPRO7
Season: 10APR-24MAY
Min Stay: 4 Days
Max Stay: 45 Days
Ticket by: 11APR
Surcharge: $60 Each way

I priced it at $405 on United.com - 18APR - 22APR via SFO outbound and DEN inbound.

Should fit it good with all those TYO/KIX hotel bookings. I wonder if one would call Travelocity up and advise they are going to take advantage of the aforementioned fare with Travelocity only if they honour the bookings. Yeah right.

This is really an incredible fare!

I found DFW-SFO-HNL-KIX-HNL-DEN-DFW for $428 all in, 16,101 miles or 2.66cpm, outbound May 19th, inbound May 24th. Other interesting routing can be found using routexpander and e.

If it wasn't for the 4 day min. stay, this would be fantastic.

Pardon the ignorance - but what's "routeexpander" and "e"? I am looking to add connections as well but havent had any luck as yet..

Thanks!

ITA and Kayak (on united.com) shows this at $283. I cannot book it for that though.

Anyone able to book it for $283?

e means Expedia. Here are the routing rules:

ROUTING 469 FROM DFW-UA-CHI-
OR FROM DFW-UA-DEN-
VIA UA-SFO-UA-LAX-
OR VIA UA-LAX-UA-SFO-
TO UA-OSA*
OR TO UA-TYO-UA-OSA*
OR TO UA-HNL-UA-KOA/LIH/OGG/ITO-UA-
HNL-UA-OSA*

Route Expander is from fare metrics:
http://www.faremetrics.com/rexplode.html

After doing more research, I was even able to book a DFW-LAX-SFO-HNL-KIX-HNL-LAX-SFO-DFW for $430.11 all in on united.com, outbound May 19th, inbound May 24. That's 16,560 EQM miles, for 2.55 cpm, on an international itinerary.

I don't think you'll be able to book more than 4 segments, but good luck!
