I got the UA fast track offer and would love to qualify this year. Any ideas on MRs from SEA - domestic or international will be much appreciated.

Lots of cheap flights to BWI and/or DCA. You may be able to string together an interesting itinerary with one of those. PVD is another good one to look at on the east coast.

Weekends are the best to travel

You could do SEA-IAD-RDU and back May 9/10 for $217 all in. About 5600 miles. It's usually pretty easy to get 7500 EQMs going from SEA to the other coast but the routings didn't work on this one.
