Nope. They only offer two fares - the lowest, which is too low for this promo, and the fully refundable. I booked the reservations myself. Missed out on 16000 miles, but, oh well.

I highly doubt it. The rules specifically state the fare purchased must be over 150.00 including taxes and fees. You may want to check with MP.

I have booked MRs out of Den to BWI in March
The March Madness Triple Miles AND the 90K Bonus made it to good to pass up
Number of trips 8
RT Miles 2980
cost per trip $221
total cost $1,768

BIS EQM Miles 23,840

Miles Bonus
Prem Exec 23840
Total Booking plus Checkin online bonus 16000
Triple Bonus miles = 71,520
DEN Means the World Bonus (8trips=16 segs x 2 bonus = 32 segs =90K ) 90000
. BIS. + Triple (x2). + Prem Exec. + online. + DMTWTU
Miles = 23,840 + 47,680 + 23,840 + 16,000 + 90,000
:-: Grand total RDM Miles 201360 :-:

Grand total cents per mile 0.878 and insures I'll make 1P again next yer

Thanks! Looks like you're going to make out pretty good yourself! I wish I had enrolled in that blasted promo last fall. But who knew this promo would come along. Lesson learned.

Good luck to you!

I am currently doing this promotion as well.

Credits post to the account in sweeps that occur on every Monday and Thursday (credits show up the following morning) for the duration of the promotion. The redemption link on the UA website indicates that awards redeemed for Mileage Plus miles will post immediately after the redemption process is complete, which, is very nice.

While I did not have as rigorous a plan as thetravelguru (I am impressed), I will have completed 32 credits by this Sunday.

The only issue with you (and I) having return flights immediately following the origin departure is that you cannot EasyCheck-in Online for the return, thus forfeiting 500 miles. Though, in the scheme of this very generous promotion, it is trivial.

Thanks for the info on the posting of the points. I just depleted my account for a F/C LH ticket, so it will be nice to have a balance again.

And, good luck to you on your last flights for this MR.

Cheers,
Kelly

Hey, DSimon, Sorry I couldn't hook up with you on your MR'S I just thought the March Madness triple miles made a longer run a bit more attractive.
I am jealous that you will be done so soon ^

Wow, this is a great deal. I had seen the DEN promotion, but I never really bothered to read the terms. If I hadn't blown a ton of money these past three weeks on trips, I'd book my 8 round trips right now. Luckily, it looks like I have until early July to get my double credits, so I'm sure I'll be doing my eight MDW-DEN Ted runs in the near future. $1400 for an F ticket to Europe isn't a bad deal

If I do SFO -- LAS, say Sat. aft to Mon. night and from LAS do runs to DEN and back, spending the night in LAS (casino action baby), will I be violating any fare rules?

Nope. Just make sure you book the SFO-LAS-SFO seperately from the LAS-DEN runs. You'll be flying all of the flights in order, so I can't see any problem with it. I've done a couple of itineraries like that for clients that need to make side trips. Good Luck!

There is no cap to the number of credits you can earn.
