Yahoo Travel Search by destination
I've been using this for a while, and it helps if you know your destination. Substitute SHA with a destination airport and see what city flies there the cheapest. I searched but could not find this link on this site.

Easy to check YOUR city just replace SHA in address line and shangai to your departure airport and bob's your uncle.
