A special I think, but who knows. Priced at $12 Canadian on travelocity, but it wouldn't let me book. I went to the BMI site and found it for my date, (July 15th) no problem,

Sorry for confusion.
2 tickets.

#1 LHR-CDG, 2 pound 50p BMI
#2 ZRH-London Luton, 17 chf (about 10usd).

Works as these girls are eurorailing around europe and don't wish to back track.

does this fare earn miles? What is the total cost including all security/airport tax, etc??? perhaps it might be worth a 30 return trips if... the price is right.

I think that this may be the following fare, which is published at GBP 10.00 round trip (see the fare listings on Travelocity). The BD website then automatically gives you a GBP 2.50 discount each way when you book directly there. That would correspond with the reported effective fare of GBP 5.00 round trip or GBP 2.50 each way.

On Easyjet, last night, I priced out LHR-CDG-LHR from April 29-May 1.. the fare came to 34.90 British Pounds including all taxes. Works out to about $54 US. The fare was good until October.

I guess that was LTN-CDG-LTN. EasyJet doesn't (yet?) fly from LHR.

Still a dood deal.

sorry if my question is a bit off topic, but how does LTN compare to LHR in terms of how long it takes to get to LTN, public transportation options to LTN, and cost of getting to LTN?

Thanks.

With the easyjet ticket I was able to buy a train ticket from LTN to downtown London for 5 pounds. Cheaper than getting there from LHR.
