Good Deal? MSP-HNL on CO for $430

Just found this deal this morning and thinking of doing a mileage run for this upcoming MLK weekend. It is in "B" fare class and I was told by NW Elite Rep. (who called CO) that it is an upgradeable fare using miles.

Travelocity shows MSP--HNL fares at $397.40 round trip before tax on the following:

AA, UA, DL, HP, CO.

14 day advance, travel by May 18.

The $397 fare requires travel at the following times:
-- on CO from noon Mon-noon Thurs. or Sat. PM., 3 day min. stay.
-- on AA, UA, and DL from Mon.-Wed. to HNL, and Tues.-Thurs returning.
--on HP any day.

Travel at other times is $40 more round trip.

Blackouts for all airlines are Mar. 6-Apr. 21. (ouch!!)

AA, UA, and CO allow a stopover for $55 more.

HP only requires a 1 day min. stay.

Good luck.... turns out I have had my eye on the MSP-HNL market for a while.
