LAX-MKE $126 (total) on Delta
LA to Milwaukee for $109+Tax = $126(approx). You can route through ATL or CVG. One can get 5-6K miles RT. Works out to be about 2 cents/mile. Just checked travelocity & check one set of Thanksgiving dates (11/21 to 11/25). Looks like bumping possiblities on those dates if one likes to be bumped.

I looked at pricing this out myself and found that the base fare has dropped to $99rt plus taxes... so about $120rt!! 
Now if only this sale were MKE/SFO, I'd be VERY happy...
(Boston, New York, and Atlanta are also included in this sale... but, of course, less miles this way)
