Books into K for each which is usually 50% except UA K on SQ earns 100%:

Looks like they are all C2-C1, none originate in the US

As always, pay more, and get the miles (worth it in this case)

$430 on expedia (and probably cheaper if you look around/better dates) AC in K. UA, and LH in L.

EDIT - Nevermind, when you click to book, they are repricing (on AA that is). On United, you can get AMS to DTW for ~$400 RT.

I was seeing AMS - DTW then DTW - CDG for ~$399 on BA/AA.

There are also other options using CDG, AMS, & FCO to DTW for ~$437 and above.

Thanks to the OP. Weekend in Seattle (which I've wanted to visit for some time) for £302 from AMS and 14000+ PQM routing via IAH/SFO out and IAH back.
