I think you're going to be sorely disappointed on this one. An L fare on CA is good for UA earnings (especially since you'd get the PEK-TPE and v.v. segments you left out) .... but this isn't a CA fare, it's a CI fare and I have no idea what if anything a CI L fare earns on DL after January. It doesn't nor ever has to my memory earned jack on UA.

Good fare but not a MR. CI L fares earn zip in DL program.
Heck, CI L fares don't even earn in CI's own program.
Interesting that TFD (link above) shows the fare in K class. K would earn 50%
