AA: LAX-PVG $600-$660 (3.3-3.7 cpm)
These trips are 5-7 day duration starting next week. They route through ORD both directions leading to ~17,500 miles.
Some trips might have an overnight in ORD.
The $600 fares are very limited - few days later this month and early next month.
Greater availability of $660 fares. Prices out on AA.com and major OTAs.
The shatner site seems to price them lowest (prices quoted above) with AA and other OTAs 20-30 $more.

@surfingsd - AA fares not available around your date..look at Feb 2-Feb 10 to see fares I am talking about. I see fares leaving after your dates but noting around 12th on AA. Delta/UA have similar fares on other dates you might want to check that.
Example of the best deal is if you leave on Jan 31 and come back Feb 8/9- you can get fare for $598.40 with 17,500 miles.

It's an annual thing inside of the Chinese New Year. Most people flee China then. If you really like the sound of fireworks when you sleep have a run at it.

I did a similar MR in Nov, but this one beats it hands down!
