Not the best cpm, but easy same day turns available on a lot of dates. UA/DL also available from $230ai.

Sample 4/2: LAX-RDU-LAX 4464 miles 4.9cpm

Is this route non-stop?

They just added this route nonstop I believe. Not sure the exact start date, but it is before April.

I believe it begins on 4/2. Nonstop on AA is available 7 days a week.

I'm considering the 2nd since it would be fun to be on the inaugural, but will probably do a Saturday turn. Hard to figure out so far in advance if that's an ok to miss work. Wish I could do a Saturday arrival Subday departure and spend some time checking out Raleigh, but can't find any at $220.

Also, since this is a new route, there is a good chance it will have a double RDM promotion going on in April/May, so hopefully those will apply to previously booked reservations.

I'm confident it will be back, because Delta has been running this route direct with prices in the 220's. If the price on DL drops AA will probably match, especially since this is a new route for them.

Definitely still there. I just searched early April, widely available. I expect this to be around for a while - a fare war is brewing.

For those booked, use LARDU for double RDM.
