UA: BOS-MEX rt for sub-300 all in.

Just use the flexible search on .bomb and you'll find quite a few dates where BOS-MEX rt flights are 248 pre-tax and sub 300 with tax. not bad!

2 day minimum stay on DL. Yuck no way jose.

Now on UA/CO when leaving on a saturday, you can return on sunday. Although most dates I look at are 6.7CPM

WHEN DEPARTURE FROM FARE ORIGIN IS SUN THROUGH WED
THEN TRAVEL FROM LAST STOPOVER MUST COMMENCE NO
EARLIER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE FROM FARE ORIGIN.
OR - WHEN DEPARTURE FROM FARE ORIGIN IS THU THROUGH FRI
THEN TRAVEL FROM LAST STOPOVER MUST COMMENCE NO
EARLIER THAN THE FIRST SAT AFTER DEPARTURE FROM
FARE ORIGIN.
OR - WHEN DEPARTURE FROM FARE ORIGIN IS SAT THEN TRAVEL
FROM LAST STOPOVER MUST COMMENCE NO EARLIER THAN
THE FIRST SUN AFTER DEPARTURE FROM FARE ORIGIN.

Just as an fyi, I was given a hassle at the US C&I on a failed MR that in the end meant spending ~30 hrs in MEX.

The fare rules give the following routing restrictions:

BOS-CO/UA-CHI/CLE/EWR/HOU/WAS-MEX

Yet I can pull up double connections via ORD, IAH or DCA, IAH that don't break the fare.

What is ".bomb"?

I just typed it into the forum search and found a lot of threads but none that looked like it explained what it was.

I'll take your word for it, but they've got a serious PR problem. Just last week I watched a 2000 film: "Mexico City." Yikes. I'm sure it's like anywhere and once you get familiar, no problemo. I'd love to see the city and country, but I'll wait.

Not to completely diverge OT, but to each his own. I have been to MEX and did not care for it. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes.
