This popped up from farecompare.
Haven't researched it too thoroughly, but it is pricing on ITA and Orbitz for, eg, 2-Mar-10 to 9-Mar-10, on a mixture of NW and KL flights.
Lots of miles (22k r/t ?)

Yeah really strange MR opportunity and a good opportunity to go to a somewhat remote place in the world. I'm seeing it in the low 500's from PDX, SFO, LAX, MSP, LAS, SLC, PHX...probably other west coast gateways.

I actually flew from Kazakhstan to Honolulu last year, spread over two days (although from TSE, not ALA). I can attest that it is one exhausting trip!
