Immigration on arrival in O'Hare

Is there a fast track immigration at O'Hare airport for First Class international arrivals?
I know there is a system in the UK - Fastlane - which is open to all First and Business class passengers.
Thanks.

Sure there is. It's called a US passport. Should you not possess one, you'll need to stand in line (and stand and stand and stand and stand...)

Refreshingly egalitarian, if annoying.

Open to First and Business Class passengers if their airline participates in the scheme (which the airline has to pay for)...

At ORD, there is no such thing for first and business class passengers.

For departures, there now is such a thing. TSA recently added an elite line for Terminal 5 security; I was through it in record time yesterday, just one pax in front of me and he knew the drill. Avoided the long snaking line to the rest of the TSA tunnels of love.

However, I expect no such distinction upon my return.

Hi to a felow BD-flyer.

Firstly, Fastlane at Manchester is airport security on departing from MAN not immigration. Neither Chicago nor Manchester have any fast lines for immigration clearance on arrival. That said, I've never been in line at ORD immigration for much over 15 minutes from the front cabins of BD705.

Enjoy the flight.

I could not agree more, Chicago should have a Fasttrack ala Heathrow. Good news is that generally the lines are not more than 5 minutes.
