Anyone else REALLY sick of Chicago cab drivers?

I had a good ride home from the airport last night in a Chicago Carriage Cab. The car was outfitted with GPS, and had the bigger back seat that they're so proud of.
When we got to my house, the driver was able to swipe my card and have a receipt print out. It amazes me that so many cabs still rely on the paper Amex slips and typing in card numbers.
I'd consider using CCC for trips to the airport if it wasn't for the fact they no-showed me the only time I tried to use them, and the operator was very unappologetic.
