After bears game dinner

A buddy of mine and I try and hit at least 1 different NFL stadium each season. This year we have tickets for the Bears-Giants game on 12/2, can anyone reccomend a good spot for dinner after the game. We aren't looking for anything fancy since we will be in football game gear and likely blowing a 2.5.

I'm gonna assume Ditkas is too upscale for this adventure but any suggestions will be appreciated.

We are staying at the Marriott Midway if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance

Dan

Check out Chuck's on 79th/Central in the suburb of Burbank, about 15 blocks south of your hotel. http://www.chuckscafe.com

Nick,
Thanks for the sggestion, will check it out

I am kinda surprised that only one response was recieved, I thought there would be lots of suggestions based on the large amount of FTers in the Chicagoland area.

Thanks again

After Dinner Bears Game

Do you like pizza? Deep dish? Any Giordano's will work or Gino's East. You can go in Bears garb, have a buzz and get scrumptous deep dish pizza. If you want to try a diner, go to Lou Mitchell's on Jackson St. near Chicago Union Station. Its been there since 1923. Might be a good place to go to before the game on Sunday morning. Lots of food! Chicago landmark! Go Bears!

Anything "good" will not be on your way to your Midway hotel, just FYI.

Some decent "drunk" places...

- Dick's Last Resort
- Timothy O'Toole's
- Kincade's (there will be lots of young, cute college girls here)
- Jak's Tap

After Nick speaks, there is nothing for the rest of us to say.

At any rate, we figured you'd only be interested in drinking after the Bears - and you could do that anywhere.
