The best route is option #1. Option #3 probably will be slower, and option #2 doesn't make sense.
We just got an awful lot of snow, so I'd try to hit the road well before 7 a.m.

Either go west on Division to Orleans, make a left (south) and take Orleans south to the I-94 ramp towards Indiana on Ontario Street, go through downtown on I-94, and get on I-55 towards Midway around 22nd street, or
Go south on LSD and get on I-55 around McCormick Center. (This is probably better.)
Watch the news or listen to AM radio WBBM to determine how bad things are on I-55 south. It could be bad tomorrow. If your plane departs at 7 am you might be able to beat rush hour. The exit off I-55 towards MDW is Cicero Avenue. Go south (left).

Definitely LSD to I-55 is the best provided there are no accidents.
At 7am, there shouldn't be too much traffic outbound on I-55.

While I would normally say the LSD route, they're having major snow problems on the drive with the winds off the lake and a stretch south of I55 has been closed this evening. If the winds continue through the night I90 might be a safer option.
