Las Palmas - North Ave.

Just went to this place -- between Wood and Damen on North Ave.

Used to be more of a tacos, burritos, enchiladas place...but their menu has changed. Now it's more gourmet Mexican...empanadas, molcajetes, tilapia, etc. Think Adobo Grill or Salpicon or Chilipacingo...but 1/3 of the price??

Great place...and they have an outdoor patio...which was great tonight...at 70 degrees!

Don't quote me on it, but I'm about 90% certain I saw them on the menu...

(Not a big fan of eating fish tacos in Chicago...since our seafood isn't so hot...)

I'm not either but I've read that Las Palmas fish tacos are the exeption to the rule.

Steve
I can vouch for the deliciousness of La Pasadita. They seriously thrash any other tacos or burritos I've had in the City. ^ ^
