Vienna, I think....!
I can't remember, exactly. I know Vienna Beef products are predominant in Chicagoland. Also have to have poppyseed bun and all the proper trimmings.
There's a "kit" available for those of us ot lucky enough to visit the "friendly confines" or the many other venues where a Chicago dog is sold.

depends on where you purchased it as different dogs are served in different areas of the stadium
Hebrew National (Kosher) hot dog very good, but not near as good as the Best Kosher dogs at White Sox
Armor Hot dogs skip them, the Hebrew National are far better at Wrigley.
