Eating at Rick's Boat House overlooking the sailboats docked at Eagle Creek Reservior.

Eat at the bar to save the hour long wait. Sign up for a table anyway, and if you get a table in the bar, give your table in the restaurant away to a couple that has been waiting.

Accomplished 1, 5, and 9. The shrimp cocktails at St. Elmo is the best I've had.
