ORD Lounge Lizzard

I am going to have a 7hr layover at ORD and don't want to go into town. I am a *A Gold and will be on a LH FC international ticket. This gives me lounge options.

How many lounges are there for me to sample thatI will ahve access to? There is the RCC and the UA First lounge. What others are there? I'm going to make an adventure of it, since I have the time.

Coming in LH, going out UA or vice versa? Something else?

Either way, I think the only thing you'll have access to is the RCC and UA FC lounge. LH and UA both depart from Terminal 1. LH would arrive at Terminal 5, but I don't think you can get to the lounges, I think they're in the departure area of T5. So, if coming in LH, out UA, you'd have to go over to T1 before being able to get to any lounges. The RCC's in ORD are pretty much a waste of time.

I'm coming in on UA domestic and departing on LH international.

I don't mind changing terminals and even going thru security again - I have the time.

As I see it, there are 4 RCC, the UA first lounge and a SAS lounge. I know the RCC are a waste of time but I can at least get drink tickets to give away on FT.

As I said it will be a game for me - i.e. have a drink in each club. Also, it'll be interseting to see if anyone tells me about the UA First lounge.

That'll all be T1. I don't think you'll be able to get to the SAS Lounge, it's in T5 and I don't think they'll let you past security there, since your flight departs from T1.

The LH F lounge is pretty disappointing. So don't get your hopes up too high, it is barely better than the RCC and nothing like the SQ or VS lounges.
