a plug for the prairie tap
For those of you who don't go through ORD that often (or if you do haven't tried it), I wanted to put in a plug for the Prairie Tap in the H/K foodcourt.
I'm consistently amazed by the decent food that HMS Host churns out there -- it's always tasty, and the staff seems to care too.
I know it's kind of rare to see an endorsement of an airport restaurant -- but I can honestly say that the Prairie Tap is one of the few airport dining/drinking establishments I actually enjoy.
