Jailhouse Pizza - Batavia, IL
Nice night, not too cold, so I headed out on the cycle from ORD to visit a friend in Batavia. Told him I had not eaten so he said he would have a pizza delivered.
Just as I arrived, the pizza was being delivered, perfect timing.
Take a bite, good tasty sauce, not too sweet. Sausage has decent flavor, oh-ohh a canned mushroom but then the crust, not bad, almost crisp, saltine like.
So close yet so far! The crust was almost what I consider to be a perfect thin crust pizza (like a saltine).
The canned mushrooms really bothered me, but most else was very good.
My buddy did say that their quality does vary.
